Our community energy hubs transform lives by offering the safety and dignity of electric lights, creating local jobs, and providing new electricity-based services such refrigeration, sewing, chicken incubation, barbershops and much more. Each energy hub impacts over 1000 people in need of electricity-based services.

$25 – Provides a durable solar lamp--brighter, safer, and healthier alternative to kerosene

$50 – Provides 250 Wh of lithium-ion batteries, enough to power the hub's lights overnight

$75 – Helps KWH stay carbon-neutral by offsetting our greenhouse gas emissions​

$100 – Provides a 100 W of solar to a community energy hub, enough to power lights and phone charging

$500 – Provides seed funds for a small business to operate out of the energy hub​

$7,000 – Builds a new 800 square foot building for local businesses and to house the solar panels, batteries and other equipment​
